VOLUNTEERS – WE NEED YOU!!!
At the Hillsboro Elks lodge we need/want you to join in our amazing programs and fulfill the motto of Elks Care Elks Share. At our lodge we support our community with various programs including Women’s Shelters, Christmas Food/Gift Baskets, Veterans and Camp Meadowood just as a few examples. We also participate in community wide events such as Farmer’s Market and 4th of July Parade. If those don’t sound like your cup of tea there are many other options available; kids parties, coat closet, family picnic, car show, Meals on Wheels and Blood Drives just to name a few. We have many options here at the lodge to volunteer and hope that you will find something just right for you. The QR code below will take you to the volunteer opportunities at the lodge, just fill out the form and your information will be forwarded to the appropriate person. Not sure about using the QR code? You can email Stacey Richey at and she will forward your information to the contact for that event/charity.
Already volunteering? Please be sure you report your hours via the QR code, the log book in lobby or via email. For our new volunteers once you have completed any volunteer hours, please use this QR Code to log your hours and mileage. These hours get reported to the Grand Lodge annually. It is important that we have those hours from you. If you don’t feel comfortable with the QR Code you can also log your hours at the front door on the log located on the podium.
