VOLUNTEERS – WE NEED YOU!!!
At the Hillsboro Elks lodge we need/want you to join in our amazing programs and fulfill the motto of Elks Care Elks Share. At our lodge we support our community with various programs including Women’s Shelters, Christmas Food/Gift Baskets, Veterans and Camp Meadowood just as a few examples. We also participate in community wide events such as Farmer’s Market and 4th of July Parade. If those don’t sound like your cup of tea there are many other options available; kids parties, coat closet, family picnic, car show, Meals on Wheels and Blood Drives just to name a few. We have many options here at the lodge to volunteer and hope that you will find something just right for you. The link below will take you to our new volunteer portal. You can see volunteer opportunities at the lodge, sign up for events, report your hours, mileage and donations, and more! Not sure about using the portal? You can contact the office at and we will forward your information to the contact for that event/charity.
Already volunteering? Please be sure you report your hours via the new Volunteer Portal, the log book in lobby or via email. For our new volunteers once you have completed any volunteer hours, please use the portal to log your hours and mileage. These hours get reported to the Grand Lodge annually. It is important that we have those hours from you. If you don’t feel comfortable with the Portal you can always log your hours at the front door on the log located on the podium.
